03 / Estimates, specimens, preliminary findings
The preliminary-findings tool produces estimates from the text you type — they are starting points for a conversation, not a valuation, an audit opinion, or a promise. Exhibits labeled SPECIMEN are representative engagement shapes published ahead of client-verified figures. None of it guarantees any particular result for your business.
04 / Engagements and the one guarantee
Services are provided only under a signed agreement, which controls if it conflicts with this page. Every contract we sign carries one performance clause: each month we deliver one dashboard with one number — leads captured and jobs booked, by source. If that number does not move, we either rework the build at our expense or refund the retainer; the client picks. Beyond that clause, we make no guarantee of results, revenue, or rankings — and we put nothing here that the contract doesn't back.
05 / Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site or the findings tool: no unlawful content, no attempts to probe or overload our infrastructure, no automated scraping at scale, no trying to make the tool act outside its purpose. Rate limits apply and we may block abusive traffic.
06 / Intellectual property
The site's design, copy, and figures are ours; don't republish them as your own. Ownership of work product we build for clients is defined in each signed agreement — our standing policy is that clients keep what we build for them.
07 / Disclaimers and liability
The site and the findings tool are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cayres Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars (US $100). Nothing on this page limits the remedies a signed agreement expressly provides.
08 / Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute about the site is San Diego County, California.

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the posted version.
