01 / What we collect
Only what you type and send us: the contact form (your name, email, what your business does, and your message) and the text you enter into the preliminary-findings tool on the homepage. There are no accounts, no profiles, and no hidden collection.
02 / How it's handled
Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree, our form processor, and delivered to contact@cayreslabs.com. We use your email address to reply to you — nothing else. No mailing lists, no drip campaigns you didn't ask for.
Text you enter into the preliminary-findings tool is sent to our own server (a Cloudflare Worker), which uses a third-party language-model API to draft the findings. We send only the text you typed — include contact details there only if you want to. Submissions may be logged so we can follow up on outages and quality.
03 / What we never do
No tracking cookies. No analytics scripts. No advertising pixels. No social-media trackers. Fonts are self-hosted, so no third-party font service sees your visit. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for anyone's marketing — including within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act.
04 / Storage in your browser
If you run the preliminary-findings tool, your memo is kept in your browser's session storage only — so the contact form can pre-fill it for you. It never leaves your device by that route and is cleared when you close the tab.
05 / Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages and our findings tool by Cloudflare Workers. Like any host, Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site.
06 / Retention and your choices
Messages you send us are kept as ordinary business correspondence. Email contact@cayreslabs.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted — we'll do it.
07 / Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
08 / Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. No retroactive surprises.
